I’ve been very disappointed with the customer service at the Whole Foods Market at the Quarry, especially in the butcher, specialty, and prepared foods departments. The butcher department is by far the worst. The attitude from some of the staff is horrible. Instead of feeling welcomed or appreciated as a customer, you often feel like you are bothering them just by asking for assistance. A simple question should not be met with an unfriendly or irritated attitude. The prepared foods section is also frustrating. Being ignored while waiting for assistance seems to happen regularly. Too often, employees throughout these departments appear unhappy, unapproachable, or simply uninterested in helping customers. Whole Foods is known for quality products, but customer service should be part of that quality. This location could learn a lot from Central Market when it comes to acknowledging customers, being welcoming, and making people actually want to come back. Management really needs to take a closer look at the customer service culture at the Quarry location. Good products can bring customers through the door, but good service is what brings them back.

This is a product review: I Was really disappointed with these dishwasher pacs. They don't dissolve completely, leaving detergent residue behind and not getting my dishes as clean as they should. I've tried other brands in the same dishwasher without any issues, so the problem seems to be with these pacs. Unfortunately, I won't be buying them again."

Unfortunate experience today.. I don’t mind driving across town to go to whole foods but when I arrive to this at 1:45pm on a Sunday it disappoints me. I proceeded to ask an employee if they can refill the lettuce & she continued with “…oh it’s not ready.” If you know you have a rush on the weekends at certain times, BE PREPARED AHEAD OF TIME. 👎🏼

This was a very nice and clean environment with a lovely atmosphere. They have everything and it's all fresh, well arranged and plentiful. The lightning in this store is super comfy too by the way, makes for a wonderful shopping experience. The employees are kind, courteous and professional as well. I would definitely recommend visiting this Whole Foods Market in the San Antonio Quarry Market. No complaints... Absolutely love it! Thank You 💝

I stopped by Whole Foods in San Antonio to return an Amazon item and decided to explore the store afterward. While many products were similar to what you'd find at a typical grocery store, there were definitely some standout features. I discovered a pizza bar and couldn’t resist grabbing a slice of supreme – fresh, hot, and satisfying. In the bakery and pre-cooked foods section, I came across a cooler filled with unique items like scones and brown butter cookie dough. After a brief chat with a fellow shopper who raved about the cookie dough, I added it to my basket. The hot food bar also looked tempting, but I decided to save that for another day. Their fresh produce was impressive. The Rainier cherries, in particular, were in season and too good to pass up. (If you’ve never tried them, imagine a cherry and a nectarine had a baby, sweet and flavorful!) At checkout, the cashier was friendly, and I had my first encounter with a palm-reading payment device, an interesting tech upgrade, which I had never seen before, though I opted for the traditional method this time. Overall, Whole Foods is a bit pricier, but the experience, product variety, and quality make it worth an occasiona
